• Do I need to book?

  Yes, booking in advance is essential as it is an automated car park operated by license plate recognition. Plus, this guarantees you will always have a spot available.

• How do I enter and exit the car park?

  The aparca&go Chamartín car park is automatic and accessed via license plate recognition (booking required). It is located in the Centro Norte complex, at Calle de José Vasconcelos S/N, 28046 Madrid. The entry barrier will open automatically by reading your license plate. Next, drive down to floor -3 following the blue aparca&go signs. On floor -3, you will see the aparca&go area; you can park in any available spot marked with an aparca&go sign (green lights indicate free spaces). Finally, you can exit via the elevator or stairs, which will leave you just 3 minutes from Chamartín Station (170 m).

• Do I need to leave my car keys?

  You do not have to leave your vehicle keys.

• How far is the car park from the station?

  170 metres from Chamartín Station. You can walk there for 3 minutes.

• How is payment made?

  Payment must be made online via the link found in the app, the booking email, or the message you will receive 30 minutes before departure. Please complete the payment before entering the car park, as mobile signal is limited and there are no payment machines inside.

• How do I get an invoice?

  Register as an aparca&go user and you will always have your invoices available in your user panel.

• I don’t know my return day, date or time. Can I book?

  We understand that sometimes you may not know your return date and also, plans can change. In order to be able to offer you the best possible service, we need to know your arrival date and time. If you don’t know, you can choose an approximate date and day and then change it when you have the definitive information. If you are an aparca&go registered customer you have the option to change the arrival date and time as many times as necessary, via our app or website.

• What are the dimensions of the spaces and what is the height of the car park?

  The measurement of our squares is 2.50 m wide and 5.50 m deep. The height of our parking is 2 m.

• What happens to the price if I go over my return time?

  Our parking is a long-stay parking car park, and charges are calculated in 24-hour periods starting from the actual time of entry. If, on the return day, you exceed the scheduled time, you will be charged €5 for each additional hour, up to the 4th hour. After the 4th hour, a full day will be charged.
