• How do I enter and exit the parking facility?

  aparca&go Chamartín is fully automated and accessed via license plate recognition (with prior reservation). It is located in the Centro Norte complex at Calle de José Vasconcelos 7, 28046 Madrid.

  The entrance barrier will open automatically when your license plate is recognized. Then, follow the blue aparca&go signs down to level -2. Once there, you’ll find the aparca&go area, where you can park in any available space marked with our signage (green lights indicate available spots).

  You can exit via elevator or stairs, and it’s just a 3-minute walk (about 170 meters) to Chamartín Station.

• Do I need to leave my car keys?

  No, you keep your keys with you at all times.

• How do I make the payment?

  Payment is online, you can access the parking.

• How do I get an invoice?

  Register as an aparca&go user, and you’ll always have access to your invoices in your user dashboard.

• What are the parking space dimensions and height clearance?

  Our spaces measure 2.50 m wide by 5.50 m long. The parking facility has a height clearance of 2 meters, which is larger than many urban garages—making it suitable for SUVs, family cars, and larger vehicles.

• How far is the parking from Chamartín Station?

  The parking facility is located 170 meters from Chamartín Station. It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the parking area to the train and AVE station, making it a very convenient option for travelers.

• Can I leave my car for several days?

  Absolutely. aparca&go is designed for one-day or multi-day stays, making it ideal for train trips or short getaways from Madrid.

• What happens if I’m late picking up my car?

  As a long-term parking facility, our rates are calculated in 24-hour periods from your exact entry time.

  On your return day, if you exceed your scheduled time, a €5 fee will be charged for each additional hour (up to four hours). After that, a full extra day will be charged.
