In order to take advantage of coupons and promotions, it is important that you take into account the following requirements.
Conditions of use
- Coupons and promotions sent may only be used by the users to whom they are addressed.
- Coupons and promotions will only be applicable to a single reservation.
- The reservation must be made as a registered user, and with the same account as the recipient of the coupon or promotion.
- Coupons and promotions may be subject to requirements in terms of prior conditions as a customer and minimum booking conditions, which will be detailed in each case in the communications sent.
- Coupons and promotions may not be applied to bookings whose check-in and check-out dates fall within the exclusion periods.
Exclusion periods
Coupons and promotions will not be applicable if your bookings are made within the exclusion periods detailed below. During these periods, discounts and gifts offered on your bookings cannot be applied.
- Summer period: from 20 July to 13 September 2026.
- Spanish National Day holiday: from 9 to 12 October 2026.
- Constitution Day holiday: from 4 to 8 December 2026.
- Christmas period: from 26 December 2026 to 10 January 2027.
- Easter: from 19 to 29 March 2027.
- Whit Monday holiday: from 14 to 17 May 2027.
- Sant Joan holiday: from 23 to 27 June 2027.
- Summer period: from 16 July to 12 September 2027.
- Barcelona local holiday: from 23 to 26 September 2027.
- Spanish National Day holiday: from 8 to 12 October 2027.
- Halloween: from 29 October to 1 November 2027.
- Constitution Day holiday: from 3 to 12 December 2027.
- Christmas period: from 23 December 2027 to 9 January 2028.
